Your job is to enjoy yourself. My job is to capture all the hard work that went into creating the perfect party.
Capturing the little details starts about 20 minutes before your guests arrive, and then candid moments inclduing you and your guests are captured throughout the event. Any formalities are also covered to enusre that you have all the memories from your special day withouth the stress.
Albums, folio boxes of pritns, framed images and canvas prints for your walls are all available as keepsakes for you to remember all of the precious moments.
What to expect
Capturing the moments that are important to you starts with a chat over coffee (or zoom if this is easier for you). We chat about exactly what you have planned, and it allows me ot be in the right place at the right time for those moments to be recorded.
My shooting style at events is to be as unobtrusive as possible, while still being there for all the moments. I shoot with a zoom lens so that candid photographs are possible without getting in the way of your guests.
After the event, I head home to handpick the best moments and polish them up ever so slightly, ready for you to enjoy at your reveal, which takes place 2-3 weeks after the event. You will also receive the USB with your imagaes at this time.
You also have the opportunity to purchase additional products such as albums and folio boxes as keepsakes.
It's time to book
You will receive 40-50 images per hour from your event. These are provided in high resolution on a custom USB.
There is a minimum requirement of 2 hours at a rate of R 4,500 for all events. Should you require additonal hours, they are charged at R 2,000 per hour or part thereof.
As soon as you have confirmed your booking, I will send you a contract and invoice. Once the payment is made, and your contract is returned, your date is safely booked in my diary.
FAQs
How do I secure my booking?
Once I have received your signed contract & your bookig fee, your event is safely n my diary. I am unable to hold dates without the signed contract and payment.
Do you travel for shoots?
Absolutely! I love traveling and exploring new spaces. Additional travel costs will be quoted on an individual basis.
Do we have to buy products?
Not at all - you will receive a USB with your images at your reveal. Products make beautiful keepsakes and gifts, and you are therefore given the opportunity to purchase them should you wish to do so.
