Worthy Women: Roz and Haley

These two gorgeous ladies joined me in studio for a little mother and daughter photoshoot.

After taking a quick look at their final outfit choices, we planned the flow of the shoot to maximise the number of portraits, with as much fun and as little fuss as possible. I really love coordinating backdrops and outfits, often purchasing or even custom painting some specifically for each shoot.

Haley is an absolute superstar on the ice, representing Western Province and competing internationally as well (check out her adventures here). Roz is just one of those moms that I wish that I could be! I got to know them both during the lockdown period, and they became a large part of my village, keeping sane with forest walks and runs, and workouts followed by bring-and-share brunches.

It was so special to be able to provide them both with photographs together (and we snuck in some individual shots too, because you never know when you will need those!).
